Exchange ActiveSync Mail Body Missing - LG G7

[Android Central Question]

Hey Everyone,

We have two LG G7s deploayed in our main office and both users reported the same issue where tapping an email occasionally leads to an empty mail body but with proper header information (recipients, senders, subject lines ...).

I have already talked to LG support and they could not help. Has anyone encounter such issue? If you have, do you have a workaround? I know G6 does not have such problem.

My personal suggestion would be to use an app for the email such as TouchDown HD for Exchange for handling email on your phone
