So after I enter my pin my phone goes to the swipe to unlock screen.

It happens after the phone is unlocked. Instead of going straight to my normal home screen it goes straight to swipe to unlock. I have the current Android 9 update on my Pixel

After doing my pattern to unlock my pixel 3 , a slide to unlock screen appears . Can i get rid this?

Every time after i either use my fingerprint or my pattern to unlock my pixel 3 , my home screen is brought up with just the plain clock and a slide to unlock message at the bottom of the screen . Is there any way I can turn this off ? I cannot find it in my settings .

Why does my phone require me to swipe

Why does my phone now require me to swipe even after putting in my password or even after my finger print scan? Is there a way to disable it? It started doing this today (Jan 15) and never did it before, it's really getting on my nerves.

Welcome to Android Central! I merged similar threads. It looks like it's been seen on both the Pixel 3 and original Pixel so far. Is there anything else on that screen, like ads?
