Verizon device not registered

[Android Central Question]

When I login verizon I enter my user ID and password. Come back saying device not recognized. Purchased through verizon but they have no answer as to why this happens everytime I use app or website

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? What do you mean by "login Verizon"? Are you trying to log into your Verizon account on their website or on a Verizon app? Or are you trying to activate the device on your Verizon account?
