why is my phone failing to update

[Android Central Question]

My Samsung grand prime is failing to update. It is following the procedure ,but suddenly after rebooting it is showing this error:SOFTWARE UPDATE ERROR LOGS HAVE BEEN COLLECTED (0.62MB)THIS WILL BE UPLOADED TO THE SERVER

You'd have to grab the logs and read them to find out. (Unless the phone is rooted - you can't update a rooted phone.)
