Looking for a Second phone Recommendation for Consumer Cellular, Can You Help?

I currently run a Samsung Note 8 on Verizon, same cell number a very long time. Will be porting over to Consumer Cellular my business OOMA VOIP number to have an inexpensive monthly smartphone and close down OOMA account. What UNLOCKED GSM phone would you recommend as a backup for my primary VZ Note 8? Inexpensive, about the size of a Samsung S8 or Pixel 2. Durable, reliable, good display, for 2gb of data and unlimited talk. $200.00 to $300.00 max, mint condition off of say Swappa. Can you recommend solid suggestions?
