how to do app permissions on Samsung Galaxy S3

I have recently got a Samsung Galaxy S3 and the apps that I have downloaded needs app permissions

Based on your other post, I assume you mean the relatively new Galaxy Tab S3, and not the ancient Galaxy S3 phone, correct? On the Tab S3, which permissions are the apps asking for? You can always go to Settings>Apps, select an app, then Permissions, and select the permissions you want to grant it. Or just wait for the app to request it from you, and then grant it then.
