Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active.

I'm receiving a "Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active." response auto text when I use my phone to repsond to a 5 digits number whether it's commercial texts or my pharmacy texting me for refills but I'm able to respond and recieve complete texts thru my galaxy watch. Have any of you Android Samsung Note 9 folks experiencing this too? How can I resolve this and not have to go thru my watch?

Welcome to the forums. It's possible that you need to enable the permission for Premium SMS. See if these instructions work for you.

I set messenges to "always allow" and reset my phone after. This morning im running into it again. Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active came up after responding to a text.

Maybe the problem is not there. See if selecting "Ask" gives you a selection menu next time you try to send an SMS. Are you using the the stock Messages app or a different one?
