Bluetooth switches from media audio to call audio (Note 9)

When I'm listening to music in my car or my wireless earphones, they will switch to call audio and sound all grainy

When I'm listening to music in my car or my wireless earphones, they will switch to call audio and sound all grainy

I've has the same issue with a Note 8 since December. My BT headphones treat media audio as a phone call, as well as my in-car system. Sometimes I will start up the car and immediately my BT will display a call in progress even though there is not.

Any luck resolving the issue?
