I want my text notifications to play through my Bluetooth headset.. headset... anyone help?

Try going into the Blue Parrot Bluetooth profile on your phone's Bluetooth settings and turn media audio on. If that doesn't work, I have the same headset and will try to dig into it a bit more. You will need to create an account here to reply to this post.
