    Everytime I open the Bose sleepbud app to connect my motto Droid phone, the app closes and I can't connect. Any ideas what the problem could be?

    I have tried the following:
    - checking for phone updates (none)
    - checking on app update (none)
    - turning phone off and on
    - turning Bluetooth off and on

    I'm not super tech savvy, so I'm at a loss now.

    Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, select the Bose app, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now open it again and set things back up. Does the same thing happen?
