My Samsumg J8 reports 64GB of storage capacity using the Android system applications(Settings System App, Aida, etc ), however it reports 1.8Gb and 1.3Gb using the DF command (ADB Shell command) for the system and data partitions and the device really works as if the capacity was 1.3Gb for data. How can i solve this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that the device works as if the capacity were only 1.3 GB? Does it give you low storage warnings frequently?

Yes, when I try to install Apps or copy something to the data partition that exceeds 1.3Gb I receive messages of low capacity, how can I solve this problem, how can I know the true capacity of the ineternal storage, I appreciate your help.

Show us a screenshot of the Settings>Storage menu: http://forums.androidcentral.com/gen...d-central.html

Also, run an app like CPU-Z and tell us which CPU it detects. You're more likely to find clones/knockoffs of Samsung phones than any other brand, and if you find that the CPU is not what should be found in the J8 (i.e., a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450), then the phone isn't genuine.
