Outlook IMAP - Where do I enter server SSL/TLS authentication settings?

I'm trying to set up an IMAP account in Outlook for Android, NOT a big name email service (gmail, Yahoo, etc.), I have all my server settings, and it has been set up before, a year or so ago, but my nameservers just changed, and now I can't get it to log in (attempting forever with no resolution). (FWIW, the last time I had to set up email in Outlook for mobile, I nearly just deleted the program, it was so insanely difficult, and now this is different yet again!)

The only thing left I can think of is that there is no place in Outlook to tell it the server requires authentication. What am I missing? I hate when they simplify things to the point of failure.
