My screen doesn't hold still for one second. Everything is constantly movie.

If I click on an App and it opens up, it will go to that App, but then it quickly changes to something else before I can read what I was going to do. Another incident, If I'm talking to my sister in SC it shuts off after 3 minutes. This phone is extremely fast and I can't keep up with it. Are there any changes I can make to make it work at a normal pace? The screen keeps changing and opening apps I never touched.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that it quickly changes to something else? What does it change to? Does this also happen in Safe Mode?
