GPRS not working in MI A1 after 5th January security update

Hi, I have MI A1 (Stock Android), recently updated with 5th January 2019 security patch update. Since then GPRS (4G) not working. I tried configuring APN manually / automatically. Could not find any fix online. Can someone please suggest how to fix this issue?

The APN has to be your carrier's APN. Is that what you set it to?

Yes, carrier's APN only. It was all working fine prior to Android security patch update.
