My seven year old son was playing a game and dropped the phone well I was in the bathroom by time I was able to finish and get back out there and picked the phone up he somehow got into apps and forced stopped some up system app . I know nothing about electronics so I don't monkey with them . I didn't even know you could forced stop them I just know how to download them from the store. After not figuring out how to start it and exiting out of it I don't even know how to get back into it. But now I'm left with a phone that don't seem to operate properly.

If an app is force stopped, it'll be started again if/when the OS (or you, in the case of user apps) needs it again. There's little to worry about, and restarting the phone can also reset those apps to running again if needed.

You also mentioned your phone not seeming to run properly now. That may or may not be related to the apps being forced closed. If you create an account here to reply to this thread, giving us some specifics about what you think isn't working right would help us help get you back on track.
