How do i stop ads on my lock screen

When i try to unlock my phone i have ads

You most likely have an app that is putting up a fake lock screen to serve you the ads.
You need to find the app and uninstall it.

See if there is a button on the lock screen identifying the app or maker.
Pay attention to the ads. Often times they are for apps by the same maker.
What were the last five apps you installed?
