Why is my phone stuck on checkin info

I reser my phome now it is stuck on xheckin info

You may have to reset it again. I don't know what device you have but factory resets can be kind of wanky sometimes and since you've already reset once, once more isn't going to hurt anything. It will probably clear whatever is stopping your setup wizard.
