Hi guys! Lately whenever I try to open on my laptop an edited (most of the time only cropped) screenshot I took with my S7 edge I get this error "Message: Windows Photo Viewer can't display this picture because there might not be enough memory available on your computer."

I don't know what happened but I've never had this problem before.

    Thanks a million!

Try a different photo viewer. Or, if this is on a PC, close some open programs.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you copying the photo to the PC first, and then trying to open it? Or are you trying to open it directly from the USB connection to the phone?

That's the thing, I've tried having only 1 folder open and I still get that error. In preview mode it shows just fine, when I click to open it I get the error above. his error when using Windows Photo Viewer, in other photo viewers the photo is displayed properly. Thanks for the suggestions!

What version of Windows are you running? Is it fully up to date in terms of system updates/patches?
