App stuck on downloading

[Android Central Question]

Installed swipe dragon key board on Samsung's Galaxy 9+ without issue with English as default language.and Mistakenly also tapped a second language Cestina . I expected to simply remove it after installing however stuck on Downloading Cestina in notification panel for hours with using Wi-Fi and cellular.. Can someone instruct me how to stop it. Swipe dragon keyboard working well.

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps​, tap Menu>Show System, select Download Manager, and Clear Cache/Data. Does it go away?
