I disabled some apps months or even over a year ago and they continue to use data. How do I stop that? I cleared the data first before disabling but they still have data I can't clear. I want them gone from my account!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about mobile data (i.e., over 3G or 4G), or are you talking about app data? Most apps store some data when they install. If that's what you're seeing, that's normal. The only way to clear up that data is to uninstall the apps. (And if the app has a Disable button, it's probably a system app and you can't uninstall it without rooting the phone.)
