Samsung Tab 2.70 Wont turn on

[Android Central Question]

Hello im a new member in this forum,so i just want to ask why my Samsung Tab 2 (GTP3100) wont turn on, i haven't charged this device for 4 months,and i bought a new charger,at first it shows a battery with a loading screen,and then it shows nothing.
I tried several ways,such as
-holding combinations of button while charging
-charged the tab for a night
-open up the back of the tab and disconnect all circuits
-disconnecting the battery for an hour
-disconnecting the battery for an hour while charging
-disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes while holding down the power button

And sadly none of this worked,if someone could help me i would very happy,because i wont go to the phone service yet
