Why did everything change on the latest system update?

Now all of the icons are blue and white, even if you change themes, and you can't see it.

It almost sounds like you're using on of the accessibility settings for the visually impaired changing it to high contrast. I've never used it so I don't know what else this setting changes so I can't say what all it affects. I guess it could be possible if this got turned on during a system update. You can find and check your Accessibility settings in Settings>Accessibility. Could be a colorblind setting also, because you mentioned you can't see it...?
