How do I set my phone back to the original color screen color on stylus 2

Welcome to Android Central! Is it grey-scale? Or does it look like a negative?

Go to Settings>Accessibility or Settings>Display​ and look for a Reader Mode, Comfort Mode, or Invert Colors setting.
