Android Central Question

I keep getting voicemail scams and i cant disable or delete or turn off voicemail ringtone without turning off my phones ringtone.
Verizon said i have to goto to their carrier if i want to disable voicemail. Is there anyway around this cause i don't want to goto the Verizon store.

I noticed a few reviews of nomorobo that indicated problems with cancelling an account before of after the payments start. So, I emailed the publisher to ask about canceling, and this is the response:

"Thanks for contacting Nomorobo! Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our staff. Unfortunately, due to high demand our response time is significantly delayed. But rest assured you will receive a response. "

What this means is, "once we have your money, good luck with trying to cancel or get a refund!" While it's easy enough to have your credit card issuer to initiate a chargeback, it's shouldn't be necessary.
