j3 achieve lock screen pin isn't working

[Android Central Question]

Phone has encryption pin turned on its the same as lock screen. I have never changed them. I was uploading to box.well trying because it was being difficult so I restarted phone. Put in pin to restart. Came back put in SAME pin for encryption screen worked then I get to lock screen and when I enter pin it says invalid. Tried to google/android find phone all that did was lock my phone.

Have you switched SD cards or the Sim since your encryption?

It's always been encrypted but yes I did add a SD card a few day ago

Yes. Actually I forgot that I temporarily swapped SD cards with hubby. Would this make a difference we already switched back

You'll have to give it a try. If it doesn't work, and you end up resetting the phone, do so without any SD card and leave Sync off. Try to 'see' the files from the SD card on your pc.
Recommended to use the SD card for storing documents, pics and vids. Not recommended for moving an app over, even though possible with many. Good luck

On your internal memory or the SD card? Have you tried to look at the SD card with your pc?

Both lol first I tried mine in his but he didn't have enough internal space so we put his in mine but it said Need to format, so I just took it out. I don't get how it excepts it for encryption but nothing else
