Can you try a different SIM in it, or your SIM in another phone?

Yes I have tried all network sims. But to no avail. In other phones network 3g 4g works fine

This is model.. it supports 3g. 4g.
4g works fine when I restart phone till a day. Then it changes to 2g
Look for an option called Preferred Network Type, probably in the Settings>Mobile Networks menu. What's it set to?
Also, check your APN settings to make sure they're correct for Zong:

I've tried all tricks.. I've done hard reset phone to factory default too. Problem isn't with the network. I've tried different operator Sims. My friend is having the same issue with this model phone. I think its a hardware issue
After hard reset, 4g worked fine for one week. But again same issue. Now I've to resart my phone twice or thrice a day to use 4g.
