My recent apps button is not working

Hii there i have tecno i3 phone and in that my recent apps button and notification bar is not working apart from that every thing is in good condition plzzz can you tell me the way how to fix the problem

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a screen protector on? Does this persist after a reboot, or in Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
