Why won't "my cricket" app function?

[Android Central Question]

Model htc desire 510. Each time I turn it on I get a message that the "my cricket" app has stopped functioning. I just got the phone and was using this app a lot. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling with no luck.

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps, select My Cricket, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then open it again.
