Long-press a blank area of a text field, tap Paste, and lo! it will appear.
On some phones you can tap Clip Tray to see several saved items, but you haven't told us what yours is.

If you are using the standard android clipboard, it holds only one item. When you cut or copy a new item to the clipboard, the old item is discarded.

If you are using one of the third-party multi-item clipboards (installed by you or the phone maker), you get to temporarily store multiple items.

Either way, long press a text entry box and you should get a popup menu with the clipboard commands.
