Remote Root & Unauthorized MDM / Enterprise policy

[Android Central Question]

All devices, accts compromised;

Employer denies MDM.
No idea who/why.
All new devices immediately compromised since Oct 24, 18.
Started with Note 9, misc android phones, (NUU Android) laptop, tablet, iPad, now iPhone SE.

No one will touch the topic/provide analysis. Anyone here know how I can help me get my life back?
