Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet is it? Is it a Tab 4, or is it an older tablet that's still running Android 4.1?
What do you mean by "hibernate" and "improve GBs"? "Hibernate" means preventing the app from opening into RAM. For preinstalled apps, go to
Settings>Apps, select the app, and tap Disable or Turn Off. For apps you install, the main way to "hibernate" them is to install a 3rd party app like Greenify (or just uninstall the app).
But disabling or hibernating and app doesn't do much to free up internal storage. Disabling a preinstalled app will uninstall all updates first, which will reclaim some storage, but not that much. Also, if your tablet is an old one running Jellybean, then the way its internal storage is partitioned is probably very different from the S7 -- see this guide for more info:
