It's a nice phone - if you don't want to add much to it. 16GB total storage probably means not enough user space to install very much in 2019. (Apps keep getting larger all the time.) And I'm not particularly crazy about companies using Mediatek chipsets - they usually don't issue Android version updates.

But if you need a small (in storage) phone, aside from there probably being cheaper phones of that size where you are (it's UGX510,977, or about US$139), it's not too bad. (I can't address how well it works - I don't have one. Just general impressions.)
