I have an app called DAbrower on my phone that has been identified as adware or malware. It keeps bringing apps for me to install. I have formatted my phone twice. The antivirus on my phone keeps deleting it and it keeps coming back. How do I get rid of it permanently? My phone is Doogee BL 12000. Runs Android OS 7.

Can you see this app in your applications list, either in the app drawer or in the actual list in your settings? The only way an app could come back after a factory reset would be if it was a pre-installed app. This is also why it can't be uninstalled. Personally I think it's caused by your unnecessary antivirus app. Do a little research and you'll find they are really worthless, using more resources on your device than solving problems. They're also more likely to make app suggestions and send ads than a malicious app. IMO. I can't find anything on this app, if it were truly a problem there would be red flags everywhere. I found a browser with a similar name but it doesn't seem to be malicious either. I think if you get rid of the antivirus app you'll get rid of this issue.
