I want to cancel my subscription in one app I purchased. They found out my device is android, so they advice me to contact android support. Hope you will help me with this.

You don't say what app this is, what device you have or if you have access to a computer.
On a computer - go to myaccount.google.com and log in with the account on which you have the subscription. On the left, go to Payments & Subscriptions, you may be able to manage it there.
On your device, you may be able to do this in the accounts section of Settings. Settings > Accounts > Google account > Google Account > Payments & Subscriptions tab at the top.
