Android Central Question

When any mobile device in the house accesses YouTube, wether it would be the app, or the browser, the WiFi on every mobile device would disconnect without being able to reconnect. This is where the router has to be rebooted just so mobile devices could reconnect to the WiFi.
Even after killing WiFi for mobile devices, the stationary devices (i.e computer, laptop, mac.) still have access to WiFi and are able to load YouTube videos and such. App's like Facebook, Twitch and other app's work fine. I have absolutely no idea what to do and it's really, REALLY annoying me and my family.
