Advice - new budget phone vs refurbished Oneplus 3T?

[Android Central Question]

Hi,

I've been looking at a number of (cheap) options for a new smartphone. I've found the following and am unsure which would be a better choice:

- Oneplus 3t (refurbished) vs Moto G6 vs Huawei P20 lite vs Honor 10 lite (these are all similarly priced)

So my dilemma: is it better to go with an older higher spec phone or a new budget option?

Welcome to Android Central!

While I can understand your dilemma - those are all awesome phones! - I'd personally go for the Huawei P20 Lite or the Honor 10 Lite. I used an Honor 8 for well over a year and loved it! It's probably a feasible idea to go for a more current device model - you'll get more software updates for a longer period of time.
