Best phone for wife and girls

Hello, I'm going to get cell phones for my family soon and was needing help getting 3 for 250.00 and below for each. My wife 53 hates her ZTE Blade X Maxx, my 19 yr old has the LG x charge and wants a better phone. And my 16 yr old, she wants alot better one than her broken Amp Prime 2. We go through Criket, I have the Galaxy S8 love to get all the same phone but not able to afford them. Any help would be appreciated.
