    I charge it at full before going to bed overnight it consumed 8% had no wifi on, bluetooth, mobile data everything in the background closed no app could drain so much battery also it gives me average 18 hours. For a brand new phone i think the battery might br faulty

    Many people wish they could get 18 hours. (And some apps are running at night, or the phone would be off. Just the phone being on means that the kernel is running, Dalvik is running and, if you check an app tghat shows running apps, you'll find at least a few.)

    And if you count that "18 hours" as from 100% (or 92% if it drops to 92% by morning) down to shutoff or 0%, STOP DOING THAT! NEVER let the battery drop below 40%. When it hits 40%, plug in a charger, plug in a battery bank or turn the phone off. Continually dropping the battery below 40% will shorten its life. (You can totally kill a brand new battery in a month if you try hard enough.)
