I am used to open apps/windows on top of each other when they are open. Then you just go through and "x" them to close. Wel, somehow I changed the view and they are now side by side. There are no "x"'s to close the apps. How do I get back to the way it was before?? I tried searching online, but nothing matched my issue or I don't. know what to call it. Can someone please help? This is a new phone for me. Thanks! Cj

Do you mean in the recent apps view? That was a change that happened when your OS was updated. Swipe up on the app "card" for the app you want to remove from there. There's really not much reason to do that, though, Android does a decent job managing memory without the user interfering.
