You don't. The LG G Pad does not have native stylus input support, so you'll need a capacitive one to use on the screen. The S-Pen, as you stated, requires special Wacom hardware that so far is only found on Samsung Note and Tab S lines and Microsoft's Surfaces (at one point you could use the Note's pen with a Surface and viceversa but both Samsung and Microsoft have made tweaks to their latest hardware to allow for improved functions that they are no longer compatible with each other).
