Hello. I have purchased an unlocked, GSM Indigi phablet online with a Straight Talk bring your own phone SIM card. Straight Talk claims the SIM is active and the phone is locked and sent me to AT&T. They were unable to help. They sent me to Cingular/Consumer Cellular. They were unable to help. I keep getting a message that says No SIM card detected. I believe the issue is the APN. I cannot access the "mobile network" menu to enter the correct APN. I was able to enter the APN last night but entered the wrong one and did a factory reset but now cannot access the mobile network menu. Thank you for any help.
