Cannot see the call on home screen I can see it on notification bar

I want to see the call on home screen not on notification bar

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? You typically don't see the full incoming call screen unless the phone was initially asleep or you were on the homescreen. If you're using an app, you should see a notification peek down from the top (so that it doesn't interrupt anything important you might have been doing in the app).
