How do I get to my clip tray

Do you know for sure that the correct term is "items"? Standard clipboards have a depth of a single item, Android is no different. Some manufacturers include a clipboard manager to allow for multiple items.

In a blank text entry box, long-press and you should see paste as an option (similar to when you copied something before), you may also see a way to access the clipboard manager if one is installed.

Welcome to Android Central! "Clip Tray" refers specifically to an enhanced clipboard feature that only some LG phones have (which allows for temporary clipboard storage of multiple items). If your phone doesn't have the Clip Tray feature, then it only has the standard clipboard that remembers the last item you copied only​.
