Samsung Note Pro 12.2 tab smt-900

My tab was stuck in reboot loop. I sent it off and the repair shop and they couldn't fix it. I haven't used the tab in years. My question is, is there a way to have a repair place physically remove the data and put it on a thumb drive ?

Welcome to Android Central! That would be considered forensic data recovery, and is typically very expensive (probably at least $1000 for a specialized forensic data recovery specialist). Is the data worthwhile?
