I found a similar question, but mine is different. All the music, videos, pictures or books I have ever downloaded are gone. It's all blank. My offline YouTube videos are gone as well.
I tried downloading some songs on my tablet and some of the videos back but they all disappeared again this morning.
Please help a sister out, I'm using the inbuilt storage,no SD card and I'm frustrated already.

    Which phone?
    Which version of android?
    Which carrier?
What apps were used to download the files?
Which sites were they downloaded from?

Facebook servers are having problems, not yet fixed by Facebook. This is affecting Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

I have the new Samsung s10. I have downloaded images and PDF files. It will show that the download is complete in the notification bar, but when I click on the notification, no file opens. And I cannot find them anywhere. I've looked in both the gallery and "my files" in the download folder, as well as just searching all of "my files" for part of the file name. They are nowhere to be found!
