[Android Central Question]

The new phone is the same number as the iphone because I put the same simcard in it. I can only recieve texts from other androids though, all texts i received from iphone users are going to my old phone.

You probably didn't de-register your number from iMessage - https://selfsolve.apple.com/deregister-imessage/

If you did the above, your contacts will need to delete existing messaging threads with you and start new ones as the existing ones are tied to iMessage and the only way to "convert" messaging with you to SMS is to create a new conversation.
