what phone should I get?

I just paid off my s9+ and I love that phone but I figured I would give it to my mom so she can upgrade from a zte zmax pro that is acting up. I was thinking about ordering another s9+ or the new s10e what do you think I should do? I use it for web surfing, streaming and as a hot spot, 90% of the time and I need it to be able to take advantage of the yearly trade in deals at T Mobile.

If I were making the decision, I would opt for the S10e, since it is newer and will be supported longer in terms of updates. I also prefer flat screens, rather than curved screens, since it is easier to use a tempered glass screen protector on a flat screen.
