Why am I being charged again?

I transferred my paid for wordfeud account to my new phone, but now the adverts has come back. How do I access the paid version?

How did you transfer? Are you using the same Google account on both phones?

Look carefully in the game's menu -- see if there's an option to restore previous purchases. If there's an account to log into, make sure you're logged into the correct account.
