I want to disable most apps that come with my android and solely run an application that i created. I do this for multiple tablets. I want to know if there's a way to 'pre' disable those apps maybe by signing into the same account? As doing it one by one is long and tiresome. Disabling, camera, permissions, and even disabling background refresh. Would logging into the same account make all this automatic?

Welcome to Android Central! No, those kinds of settings aren't saved to your account. You'd have to do it for every individual device.

The only way I could see being able to do this would be to use a mobile device management solution such as AirWatch or MobileIron (not the only 2 options, just the 2 I'm familiar with) to enforce policies. If the company runs on a G-Suite setup, this might be doable through that as well.
