Anyone? Please! My contact photos are distorted as if looking through a window screen. I have been dealing with this for 1 or 2 years. Somebody must know something & how to undo it. Its the dumbest thing htc could do. Its like digital static. Please Please Please, Anybody?
Welcome to Android Central! The first thing I'd suggest is to boot your phone into Safe More and see if the problem persists. If it does, then maybe an app is responsible for this - have you been using any launchers or apps long-term?
Another thing I'd suggest is to contact HTC customer support. Keep us posted!
Welcome to Android Central! Which HTC phone? Are the contact photos automatically populated, or did you associate photos manually with the contacts? If the latter, then are those photos saved to your SD card, or Internal Storage?
